OVERVIEW

Funds emergency shelter beds, street outreach teams, and transitional housing placements in communities near venture facilities. Outreach funding specifically covers the staff and case-management capacity needed to help someone move from a shelter bed into stable housing, not just the bed itself, since beds alone rarely resolve homelessness on their own. Partner shelters are selected for low-barrier admission policies, so people aren't turned away over paperwork or circumstances outside their control.
