OVERVIEW

Funds road, water, and broadband improvements in communities neighboring Gigafactories, launch sites, and tunnel construction. Grant priorities are set through direct consultation with local municipal councils rather than decided internally, so funding goes toward the improvements a community has actually asked for. Projects are capped in size deliberately - this program funds the last-mile fixes larger municipal budgets tend to defer, not large-scale public works.
